The Dnyanoday Prashikshan Sevabhavi Sanstha (D.P.S.S.) a trust registered under the Society Registration Act of 1860 and the Public Trust Act of 1950. The trust was formed with the objective to provide education to the society at large. D.P.S.S. is registered with the Pune University as a College and a Management Institute offering management programs to both undergraduate and undergraduate aspirants. Affiliation to the University is not only a must it is also a matter of pride. Over the years the trust has grown providing educational services.

The founding Director, Mr. Chetan Rathod has an impressive track record of academic and professional achievements. He completed his Masters in Technology Management from The University of Maryland, US and Bachelors in Computer Science from West Virginia Institute of Technology, US. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research. Mr. Rathod is a qualified Technology and Management Consultant, with over 17 years experience working for both private and government sector in United States and India.

Mr. Rathod has worked for companies like PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, ICICI Bank, US Department of Education, LIC, L&T to name a few. During his tenure with as a Management Consultant for over 17 years, he has undertaken several training assignments in Time Management, Stress Management, Project Management and Communication Management (verbal & written) and Personality Development. Mr. Rathod has conducted several professional seminars, workshops and training related to Information Technology, Management, Personality Development and Leadership Management. Mr. Rathod had the privilege of sharing stage with Late Mr. Dewang Mehta, Head NASSCOM in IIT Delhi and with Mr. Ganesh Natrajan, Head WNS in CII, Mumbai.

With his corporate experience and excellence and a passion for education and training, Mr. Rathod along with his team is focused on building FORESIGHT to maintain the rapid growth of the Institute and on ensuring that Learning & Development quality remains high.
