Rules and Ordinances

Examinations at FCC are conducted under the ordinances of Savitribai Phule Pune University. The college follows the procedure below for examination forms and grievance redressal.

Applying for University examination forms

  1. 1Notification made by the University by issuing a circular.
  2. 2Sharing of circular information with the students.
  3. 3Students apply for the University examinations.
  4. 4Verification of the University examination forms by the faculty in-charge.
  5. 5The forms are inwarded by the Examination Department.
  6. 6Exam fee payment by the student online through their profile.
  7. 7Submission of the exam form at the Examination Department along with all required documents.
  8. 8Examination schedule announced by the University and notified to the students.
  9. 9Issuing of hall tickets and hall ticket corrections, if any.
  10. 10Conduct of the examination.
  11. 11Declaration of the results.
  12. 12Application for revaluation and for a photocopy of the answer books.
  13. 13Declaration of the re-revaluation results.

Resolving student grievances

  1. 1The student fills an online form along with relevant documents, if any.
  2. 2The examination redressal team is notified.
  3. 3The grievance redressal process begins.
  4. 4The application is forwarded to the University, if required.
